Black Walnut is a popular herbal remedy for candida. I do not feel that it is powerful enough (in most cases) to eliminate chronic candida problems, but Black Walnut does have its uses.Â

The candida diet is a very retrictive diet. The purpose of this diet is to starve the yeast organisms by not giving them the food that they need to survive. There are some drawbacks with this diet: 1. I don’t believe that following the anticandida diet is as important now as it was five or more years ago. Technology and new advancements in dietary supplements have gotten us to a point where the dreaded candida diet is not as necessary as it once was. I do agree that people struggling with candida must control their sugar and alcohol consumption; there is certainly no point in throwing...
