A full body cleanse should include many elements: candida, parasite, colon, liver/gall bladder, and kidney cleanses. The question is what should the order of the cleanses be! There is a lot of conflicting data out there on the web, but from my experience this is the order that I would do things in. If you do not have a particular issue, you would just skip that step.

Candida cleansing creates a lot of toxins in the body. Not only do you have the dead candida to contend with, but you also have the extra toxins that the still living candida puts out. Many people do not realize that when they cleanse, the reason they may feel “bad” is because of the toxins generated from the cleanse. If you feel poorly for more than 3 or 4 days, you are toxic.
